Remove the card and switch the small grey knob on the side of the memory card to the opposite position. This will solve your problem.
That is the most problem of casio ex z80 and ex z90. the pin from card slot that you can found inside of main pcb was disconnected. what you need to do is bring to service center and request for repair for free.because this is manufacturing defect.
Its not the card its the camera i took mine apart and the pin that the gray slider on the card touches completes a circuit in the camera i just bent the tab a little so it dont ground and it works fine.

Hi,
Make sure the write protect lock is off by taking the card out
of the camera, face the card towards you, look for a small white tab on
the left hand side of the card, to unlock it push the tab down, it will
be at the side of the card like this 
.
If the lock is off and you still get the error then the card maybe damaged.

well its obvious tht the card must be locked so slid e the thing over to unlock it n it should work :)
