Yes, The Speaker needs to be replaced. If the Notebook is under warranty, contact Acer and they will replace it for you.

I hear echo sound every time i play music/movie and i cant figure out to turn it off "how"

Does it happen with headphones in as well? If not, do you have a built-in-microphone? Sometimes the sound coming of the speakers can be picked up by the microphone, resulting in an echo sound. Make sure that the microphone is off (or test it by covering it up while playing some music), and quit out of any applications that are using it.
If you hear it in the headphones as well, it could be a sound card problem, which means it would need replacing. If you don't hear it in the headphones, but hear it in the speakers and don't have a mic, it's either your speakers, or (more likely) your computer just doesn't get along with whatever software you're using to play movies/music.

I do not have any volume in the headphones i dont know how to turn them on or something please help me on how i can hear stuff like youtube videos or something.

Did they ever work or are you trying them on a new computer? They don't need switching on you just plug the plug into the audio out of your sound card or motherboard, make sure the mute button isn't selected on the inline remote. Play an mp3 on your computer, make sure the volume on your computer is turned up, plug in another known working set of headphones or active speakers make sure you can hear the music, then plug out those speakers and then plug in the headphones. Do they work when you try that?

Cannot hear sounds through headphones

if you are able to hear normally from the speakers and not from the headphones possible reasons could be:
the audio is muted or very low
there is a mute switch on the headphone that is turned on
the headphone is not firmly plugged in or is in the wrong site eg microphone
hope it helps
please inform if it helps..

Acer aspire 5920 SPDIF problem

You need to go to audio properties and change the output when using headphones. SPDIF is the high def signal that you would use if you had a home theater set without HDMI

Aspire laptop speakers

Are you able to hear the sound when the headsets are used I think that cleaning up the speakers will not help a lot. If you can hear the sound from the headset but not from speakers, then I would suspect that the speakers are bad, the speakers are unplugged or some sound circuit on the system board is damaged. Try to reconnect the speakers first. The speakers are connected directly to the system board through 2 little connectors located below the keyboard connector.?

It sounds like a hardware problem, but to be sure, trying playing different kinds of files and also use a different player. For example, if you're using Itunes, try Windows Media Player or playing a sound file from the internet such as a myspace page.
