Put a paperclip in the middle of the door, pry it open. Then carefully pull the tray back as far back as it will go. Then press eject button and it should re-align itself.

Cd player won't open and won't power off.

This means that something in the mechanism is jammed. It keeps on trying to correct for the misalignment- a service technician will need to see the unit.

Cd drawer won't open

This is a belt driven tray transport- you need a new belt installed. I just worked on one for my aunt recently.

The door won't stay open when putting in a cd on my Technics SL-PG350

JUust get a different CD- Player ,It will cost you less then to have it repaired, WHere i live i can get a good used one for $10 to $30 at the most, End they are not hot,

There are a few reasons, a broken loading belt, jammed gears, or the timing is out of sync causing the system to lock up.

Two cd in same slot won't eject

Hi,
Try disconnecting the CD player from power,press and hold the open button and the connect and turn player on.Release button after it indicates open on the on player.Tap the top part of the player with your palm while pressing open button.

The button that opens and closes the CD-drawer on my Azur 540c is erratic. Sometimes it works, sometime it does not, i.e. it takes many tries before the drawer opens or closes. Everything else on the unit...

Half the battle can be won by just dropping a CD in and pressing Play. It WILL close.

Both Cd trays won\'t open in this unit. When hitting the open/close button on the MIXER or CD UNIT all I hear is grinding sounds like the tray wants to open. I have manually forced them open(very sketchy)...

This seems like a very big issue. Try contacting Denon for a solution.
