Horizontal streak a horizontal streak going acroos the bottom of page only when it is copied from the top feed

if the lines are acroo the page width then measure the spacing.
If its regular then its due to contmination somewhere in the paper feed. Can't help more without knowing the make and model of printer. Is it thermal,.laser, LED or inkjet?

if you are familiar with ilumina menu search for the ID Test Pattern. Print test using 11 x 17 page.
On the copy you will see which of the drums need to replace, if the copy has vertical or horizontal lines on it the drum which ever color shows it has to be replace.

try to clean the print , by print clean print head

Hi, Sounds like the yellow PCU is faulty, pressuming the streaks are vertically down the page.
If they are horizontally across the page it is probably another issue.

Most likely a fax has been sent or a page copied with 'white out' (Liquid Paper), still wet on the page. As the page feeds over the scanner, (a narrow strip of glass that runs across the width of the page along the feed path) the wet liquid paper comes off on the glass as a thin line and dries. Thereafter, when copying, scanning or sending a fax, the scanner light does not go through the liquid paper streak and the result when printed is a thin vertical line that runs the full length of the page. If this is the cause you will also find that faxes you send to other people will also have this line (although faxes you receive are not affected by this problem with your machine).

To fix the problem: follow the path that the paper travels when sending a fax or making a copy, until you find the scanner (narrow glass strip). Take a clean, soft cloth and a small amount of methylated spirit (or white spirit) and remove the now dried Liquid Paper from the glass. Clean the whole strip ensuring that the glass is left clean and dry.

A) Black Streaks, Shadows, And Ghosting
Adjust the printer's lightness/darkness setting to 2-3 different variables and see if problem disappears. Look at the fusing assembly - is the roller torn or does it have any black buildup? Use caution!!! It gets HOT!

Try another toner also.

if you clean the drum unit, but the copy is dark push the drum unir forward because the luck is not locked

You probably have a buildup of partially dried ink on the carriage itself. I don't know how difficult it is to access the carriage on your machine but if you can force-feed several sheets of paper under the carriage and put a broad streak of alcohol across the sheets, you may be able to 'wipe' the ink buildup off of the carriage without disassembling the machine. 

Most likely there is something on the seal glass, Open the feeder and look at the small strip of glass, see if it is dirty.
the other possibility is that there is a streaking problem in the drum cartridge or in the fuser in that area.
Start with the glass, then look at the drum, You will most likely find the problem on one of those 2 areas.
I really suspect a small spot on the glass where the paper passes over when making the copy through the feeder

Streaks at 2.82 inch intervals: Horizontal marks at this interval are the result of a mark on the fusing roller of the printer. In some cases, these marks can be cleared up by running a cleaning page through the unit. Laser Printer Cleaning sheets can be purchased at your local printer/office supply store. If the marks persist, this can indicate a more serious problem with the fusing roller that would require service attention.

Streaks at 3.74 inch intervals: Horizontal marks at this interval are the result of a mark on the image drum of the printer. There is no way to repair a damaged photosensitive image drum, so in the case that it is scratched or otherwise damaged, the entire CRU (toner/drum cartridge) would require replacement to clear up these marks.
