Prints only the first label, then stops

The printer only print one label (the first label) then stop printing no matter how nay labels you sent to the printer. When you try to feed the printer, it does not advance the label. until you restart the printer then you can feed but it will not continue printing the pending labels.

When you print the configuration labels, it prints only this and then stops:

SOURCE: TLP 2844 skips 15-16 labels then prints intended label

It sounds like they may need to set their "Q" values for the labels they are using.   If that isn't it, we may need more info - are they using Zebra brand or custom labels?
To start with, I would ask them to try adding these "Q" value commands: q456 Q152,24
If that doesn't work, then maybe they can provide the other info mentioned above so we can understand the problem better.

SOURCE: Sent too many labels to printer - need to reset

As the previous expert has stated, with the printer paused, press the cancel key to cancel the job. One thing to note, is depending on how your software sends the print jobs, you may say print 1000 labels, but the software sends it one at a time, so basically you have 1000 print jobs in the printer. If you pause the printer, press and hold the cancel key. Hold it for about 2 mins. This should clear the buffer.

Print dosent stop

u have to create your label at printer properties.
if prints doesn't fix your label, this problem appears.
( for 80x40 cm barcode: open printer properties-printing defaults - label size - new custom size or new label - write your sizes at size fileds- and save)
open your app, and create new file, type your sizes for new file, and print it!

After I sent a print job to the printer, it prints out the label required but it does not stop feeding the labels. Please advice how to resolve this.

hi,
- Turn off the printer.
- Remove the labels roll and then load it again.
- Press and hold the green[feed] button and switch on the printer.
- Release the button after it flashes red.
- The printer will run a self test.
- Turn it off and then on again.
- Now print.

good luck!

Not printing all labels

Do a calibration, this should fix the issue. Also make sure that the label stopper (silver peg on label holder) is pressed firmly against the labels. This will stop the labels from sliding around during a print, throwing off the calibration. Also check to make sure the sensors are free of any dust.

Labels unexpectedly stop printing half way through a job

Located winder further away from printer. Set winder to lowest possible speed setting. Thoroughly cleaned printer to remove any trace of label residue near print head and label cutter (sticky labels with pre-cut patterns are being used). No more problems reported. Will continue to monitor.

Motor throtting

This error appears when the printer has worked for more than 1 hours continuous, and to protect the printer. Wait a few minutes for printer to cool and continue with your printing.
