The printer only print one label (the first label) then stop printing no matter how nay labels you sent to the printer. When you try to feed the printer, it does not advance the label. until you restart the printer then you can feed but it will not continue printing the pending labels.
When you print the configuration labels, it prints only this and then stops:
5 MU V4.70.1A
1A070300484
Please, assist
thanx

if you are using software that using printer please the s600 printer driver to direct thermal mode to solve the problem.

It sounds like they may need to set their "Q" values for the labels they are using. If that isn't it, we may need more info - are they using Zebra brand or custom labels?
To start with, I would ask them to try adding these "Q" value commands:
q456
Q152,24
If that doesn't work, then maybe they can provide the other info mentioned above so we can understand the problem better.

Check the size of the label in your codes or driver.
The length must be correct or else you cannot use it correctly.
You must may be recallibrate the sensors

As the previous expert has stated, with the printer paused, press the cancel key to cancel the job. One thing to note, is depending on how your software sends the print jobs, you may say print 1000 labels, but the software sends it one at a time, so basically you have 1000 print jobs in the printer. If you pause the printer, press and hold the cancel key. Hold it for about 2 mins. This should clear the buffer.
