The screen is spoilt, either you accidentally dropped it too many times or water have seeped through. Try to open up your front phone cover if you dare, and wipe the inner part.

My daughter bought a Polaroid 4GB PMP280-4 player she has somehow darkened the screen and now cannot get it to light back up other than when it turns on it shows the loading screen and goes black, how do...

This is tricky. You will have to navigate through the menu in the 'dark'. Remember that when you touch the screen, double touch as you would when you click your mouse. Turn it on, you will see the 'Polaroid' logo and then it goes black. Here you need to double touch in the bottom right corner. This is the settings, it is a big box so dont worry about missing it. Then you double touch on the middle of the left side, this is the display. Then double touch on the lower right side. This is where the brightness bar is. It should reboot the page with a brighter screen and the black goes away. If dont see results, turn it off and try process again. Promise this works, I fixed both of my daughters!

Hit the Back and Up buttons then when the screen goes black press the Back button, left touch pad, and center touch pad. That should clear everything off the Zune. :)

My touch pad worked fine last night, but now it doesn't! Help!

well, first you should see if it needs charging. Then turn on the ds and touch the little ds on the bottom of the screen. Go to the calibrate or the thing that is on the right side of the person. Try thr test and dont stop it until its over. Try touching the screen again but if that doesnt work call nintendo which the number is in the manual or find it at www.nintendo.com. See if that works.
