Rebooting is not the fix, it won't work until you fix the pumping out.

Hi,

from what I'm seeing for the dishwasher, an E1 error means that the door is not properly closed. So, please look at the door of the machine to make sure that nothing is broken or that the dishwasher isn't too full. Thank you.

The problem could be with flood switch at base of dishwasher. Press the float to check if it springs back. Otherwise switch under it is faulty.

Check the inlet water valve for debrie, The valve has a strainer on the inlet side, and sand will collect there, this makes the dishwasher check float wait longer for water, that is slow to get to the correct wash level..The valve can also get cogged with sand, and will not shut, your floor will be flooded by the water comming in.

above is your manual copy paste it in your browser your problem is that your float is not operating properly up and down grab it in the bottom of the tub pull it all the way up then push it all the way down several times this should resolve the problem or your micro switch on the float has gone bad.

The flood switch is at the base of the dishwasher. You will need to take the bottom drawer out.

Make sure the mains power is disconnected.
