I just bought a logitech F-0399-A headset and it didn't come with a manual. What is the code number to link it up with my phone?

There are no drivers for headphones.And as you use this headset for couple of years the speaker performance gradually reduces.So you wont hear it properly.This normal thing.Please try changing the headset.

call logitech  3464543200 tell them the problem then he will help u when he ask to go to settings then he will ask u to test it then say it doesnt work then he  will ask for ur billing information such as adress phone number and zip code then he will send u a new one for free in 7 to ten days
my problem was that i could hear people but they couldnt hear me

call logitech  646-454-3200 then it ask u wat u want dial 1 1 1 then a technician will ask u what the problem is  then  say that u bought it  recently and tell him u can hear other people but u cant hear ur self on the mic then he will ask u for ur address and phone number then he will tell u that he will send u a new one free in 7 to 10 days

the logitech head piece buttons must not be working, seems to charge ok but can't get to flash blue?

Not sure why you couldn't find it, site seems to be easy to navigate. Maybe it was down at the time. Please post again if there is more needed to help.

it should be "0000", i have also a logitech wireless (bought in france)
the only "system" button is "volume up"
press 10s to pair
press 5s to activate a bt connection
press 3s to desactivate the headset

Pair Your Headset
Before using, you must pair your headset.
1. Turn phone on.
2. With Headset off, push Talk/Volume up button for 10 seconds. Blue LED will flash rapidly.
3. Follow pairing instructions in phone-setup or connect menu. Your phone should find “Logitech
HS04VXX”Headset and prompt you for a passkey pin.
4. Enter “0000”.
5. Press OK on phone.
6. From Headset device list press “Logitech HS04VXX” Headset.
7. Select connect.
When your Headset is successfully paired, the blue LED will flash slowly.

Try turning off the headset. Then setting your phone to look for bluetooth device. Touch and hold for ten seconds the larger button on the headset, should flash blue light rapidly. then command phone to find device, (commands differ from one phone to another). When phone "finds" headset blue light should change to intermediate flashing (three flashes every five seconds aprox.) Hope this helps..
