WHEN I SWITCH ON MY CELL IT APPEARS CONTACT SERVICE AND SWITCH OFF BY ITSELF

As you say you can see the contact service on your mobile then this is the problem of your Mobile you have to go to your Mobile repairer and repaired the Mobile...
This is the 50% software and 50% hardware problem…
