You dont need the disc to download to computer.Take the card from the camera and put it into the card reader on your computer if one is fitted, if not you need one that goes into a USB slot
When the card is inserted into the reader a box will open on the screen with several options as to view images or download them.
I would also download Picasa 3 which puts your photos in date order and also has photo editing. This is a free download and is part of google.

Greetings Barb, If you have not already done so I would suggest installing the updated software found via this link: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-US/Support/Downloads/SBS/NBSv10WinEval.htm Let me know if you need more information. Take Care, -WN
You shouldn't need any extra software to download your pictures. Most digital cameras are accessible through windows just by plugging them in. Then you can browse through your camera and copy them accross manually. I imagine the Sanyo disc may have had a program that made this automated but I doubt you will find it for download as it would probably have copyrighted material on it. In any case I cannot find it for download.
I have an Olympus c-480zoom camera.
Have the installation disc which worked fine when first installed. Last week my PC crashed, it's now up and running but will not install the software again. Help !!!
Thanks in anticipation.
