Charge the battery to a full charge then check the output with a multimeter and make sure that it is showing over 24 volts

Is this a toy? Is this equipped with deep cell batteries? Checked the water? Check the voltage of each battery in the pack ... should be 6 volts each ... charger putting out? Check while charging ... should be 25+ volts (make sure you measure DC.

If you have a battery that is particularly low ... it will have to be charged independently ... If this is the case, with a 6 volt charger - charge that battery. If you have two batteries that measure low ... you can charge with a 12 volt battery. You will not have to disconnect anaything to do this ... just watch what you are doing ... do not use the unit charger AND the 6 or 12 volt charger at the same time.

My 1989 cadillac deville was running yesterday got in it this mourning it starts right up after 10min of running it dies i jumped it off it started back up then died again now when jumping justclicks

Sounds like you have a faulty alternator, sir. Your car seems to be running off battery power. Once the battery power is exhausted, the engine dies. It will start and run again if you charge the battery, but only for a few minutes until the battery dies again.

Car dies when i turn on headlights

Have a load test done on the battery as it sounds like the battery is failing and the extra load from the lights is taking the power from the ignition system and so the coils fall below operating voltage and so no spark. Also alternators need some voltage from the battery to start charging and if there is insufficient voltage from the battery it won't work

Norelco 8894XL will not take a charge

Sounds like you're getting to the end of your natural battery life. As for replacing the batteries, it's not an easy job. You need to have a special Torx screwdriver to undo the screws.

The batteries are soldered onto the Control Board (it's unfortunately not just a case of cracking open the case and putting in batteries in an instant)

It may be worth speaking to your local Philips Service Center (refer to www.philips.com)

Not being at work, I can't check whether your shaver is a mains/rechargeable, but if you plug it in and it works full power immediately you've got a workaround. I usually recommend if you're replacing a shaver to spend a little more $$'s to get one that is mains and rechargeable so that when the batteries die, the shaver is still useable.
