Ok, If You Have Any Other Compatible SIM Card With Loop Then You Should
Try Finding That One. If Your Phone Is Locked I Can Help With That To.
E.X Of Compatible SIMS With Loop: Fido, Rogers, ATT/Cingular,

first trying download memoryup software from www.umnet.com it will boost your random access memory(ram). And fasten your mobile.
if still the problem exist then try a good anti virus in your mobile.

1. Your sim card is not in the right position. Take out your battery and your sim card. Make sure it is in the right position. Also make sure no dust or dirt where the sim card goes. Put the sim card back in your phone and battery. Turn it on. See if the insert sim card goes away.

2. If it goes not, then you will need a new sim card. Go to your local service provider store to get a new one.

hi,

here are reasons:

1) your phone did not detect your sim card.
2) you forget to insert the sim card.
3) the sim card you put in is defective or not properly inserted.
4) defective sim card terminal or slot inside.

for problem no. 1, 2, and 3, try removing your sim card and try inserting it again in correct and secure way.

for problem no. 4, have it repaired to service center.

Hi,

problem can be solved.When you bought the Sim card of the line you are using did it come with a Pin request?,
if yes, that means the Pin has been blocked due to typing the Pin code wrongly.

So your Sim card has been blocked for a why and i that process you are unable to make or receive calls.

To reactivate the Sim card, you need to contact the service provider (customer care line) for the Sim card you are using to Help you activate the Sim.

And good thing is that it is free, so you can call them and activate the Sim card and keep enjoying your calls.

Hi everyone

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

Same problem here with BPL(Loop Mobile) & Samsung phone.
"Calls blocked. ACM limit reached. Please reset ACM to make calls" says the message whenever I try to call from a Loop sim from a Samsung phone.

I purchased Samsung Galaxy Spica in 2010. But returned it to vendor beacuse of this problem with Loop sim.

I baught Samsung Guru in 2011 & now i'm facing same problem! For time being, I'm using Nokia for my Loop sim.

No one gives ******* answer anywhere on net or in Loop Care center or Samsung service center.
I'll give Rs.3333/- reward to whoever solves my problem with ACM.
