I install the disk into my computer an it dosen't want to print, the computer say o the printer is not communicating to the lap top (TOSHIBA) THE WINDON IS VISTA. so what can i do.

Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the
Lexmark X1200 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system
> click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended
Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on
your computer screen to complete the installation.
Have you downloaded a "driver" for the printer. If not, search for "Lexmark 1200" free driver downloads. Or go to "control panel" and click on "add new hardware" and follow the onscreen instructions. Try this first and if not work, then do the search.

sorry my printer is lexmark 1200 series, tried restarting,unplugging usb, power supply to printer but keeps just sayin printer not communicating with computer
I purchased a lexmark 1200 series all in one printer and cannot locate the cd that came with it. Is there a way to install it without the cd? I tried but it says can't find hardware.
