Question about PfaFF Hobby 4260
Remove the needle plate for better access and try using a seam ripper to gently cut the threads and continue to remove with the tweezers.
The needle plate is the metal plate under the presser foot and is held into place with at least two screws.
The bobbin fits into the bobbin case.
The bobbin case fits into the bobbin shuttle.
Once you get the jam cleaned away, raise the needle to it's highest position and remove the bobbin case and/or replace the bobbin case.
Jamming can cause the machine to be out of time.
If you thead the machine with the presser foot up, have the bobbin inserted into the bobbin case correctly and the stiching is loose and loopy the machine may need to go into the shop for service.
