The Mastercode 2402447024 is correct for IMEI 356437014635597.
This is the code needed to reset the Security code, nothing else, and it's for your phone only. You type in the security codes (any) until the phone request the Mastercode, when it does, leave your phone still, don't use it for 15 minutes, then type in the Master code.
The default security code for Nokia is 12345.

You can format your phone by pressing * + 3 + call + power button but before the device is reset, you need to provide the lock code. The default lock code is 12345.

You should take it to unlocking place and tell them you want to flash your phones, that will clear out your passcode to default 12345

Hi, Ive switched on my nokia 6300 after months of not using it and have forgotten my security code.
When I switch the phone on its asking me for amy security code, after countless attempts to guess it, and pressing random buttons, it is still asking me for security code.
Ive tried master code 7657653272 generated from the IMEI: 359544016911731, but its still asks for security code
is there a way to fix this or should i throw the phone away

My phone is Nokia 6300 & IMEI is 358647010505853. I tried to unlock the security code by trying 5740251132 which i found in websites after inserting my IMEI. This code was invalid, probably because of the incompatible phone model.

My girlfriend tried accessing my phone and wrongfully entered the keylock code, now my phone is requesting a security code...but for the life of me I can't remember it and 12345 doesn't do the trick. I've tried some sites where you tipe in your IMEI number, but it's not working! Your help would be appreciated.
