Now this system is very old about 20yrs. I am told the lines are analog, but when connected to varies phones in the office, the signal turns digtal. I'm trying to utilized the system conferencing feature.
The problem starts when we connect 2 or more people. they start breaking up or they can't hear us at all.
I have tried a pricey conferencing phone for analog lines, but it did not work. I tried an add on speaker and I get the same results when our regular phone. We would like to use updated conferencing phone. Is this possible.
Sorry this is not possible . The conference is controlled by the system , each time you add a person to the conference the volume will drop and it gets harder to hear the callers . you need to up grade to a phone system that supports a conference bridge card or just have the phone company do the conference bridge for you but it will cost you every time you do this .
