Hi, yes. Download a program called ERD Commander 2008 or 2005 and make a bootable CD. I think you will download an ISO so you need Nero to burn it on a disk. Then boot from it (on the toshiba 4300) and once you are using the ERD commander, look for system restore, and it's the same as the Windows system restore. Under Uninstall an update, scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section.
Right-click Windows Internet Explorer 9, click Uninstall, and then, when prompted, click Yes.
Click one of the following:
Restart now (to finish the process of uninstalling Internet Explorer 9, and restore the previous version of Internet Explorer).
Restart later (to wait until you shut down or restart your computer). BOL !
