Mate have you checked the battery and cleaned all lead ends. Even a new battery is sometimes be defective, have you got a mate with another battery to install to test to see if it is battery!
I would try that first if bike runs with another battery then you will know. Cheers
soo Have the provider install new batteries. No telling how long the "new" batteries sat on a shelf and in the showroom without being charged. The batteries are warrantied and should be replaced. While you're at have them check out the scooter after the new batteries are installed and remember to charge before use. Hope this helps

turn on your headlights ,then turn key like your going to try and start the engine and see if the headlights dim dramatically, then you'll know if you have a good connection to starter from battery, then check chg on new battery
Take the batteries out. Install the batteries making sure they are inserted according to the camera diagram on the inside cover. Once the batteries have been installed correctly turn the camera on. If it does not turn on, check the ON/OFF Switch.
Make sure that you have them installed the correct way +/- and also check that the old batteries didn't leak and cause corrosion on the battery connection tabs.
