HP LaserJet 2200D - margins cutting off on the left; not all docs
My manager has an HP LaserJet 2200D black & white printer. She prints a lot of docs, and sometimes the margins are cut off on the left, and other times the docs are fine. Does anyone know why?

Remove left, right, back and top covers, remove fuser assembly mounted at back side, use blower to blow the deposited toner in corners of the printer, once feels its cleaned clean fuser with cotton cloth fix all parts & covers back, check for the quality, My suggestion at least minimum knoledge reuired to do this activity, breakage of plastic/trays chancess are high due to old age.
If the toner smears after the page comes out of the printer you may need a new fuser. The fuser is the heating unit in the printer and can usually be seen from opening the back door. Check and see if it has a line worn down the same side as the mark on your pages.
In Microsoft Word: Pull down the tools menu and select "Letters and Mailings" and then choose "Envelopes and Labels", choose the labels tab, and select "Avery 5836 - Divider -Mtg. Creator" or manually set a height of 0.5" and a width of 1.75".
In any Word Processing Application: Make a table 10x1, set the row height to 0.5", and then set every other column width to 1.75" and 0.5" respectively with a 0.5" left and right margin, 1.0" bottom margin, and a 2.0" top margin. Add rows until you fill the page.

Do you mean the left margin is too large so all the content is shifted to the right and off the page?
If this is the case, it is probably a setting in Pagemaker. In the file menu, choose "page setup" or "print setup". Check the paper size. Check the margins.
