I cannot turn on wireless capabilty using fn and wireless symbol. Is there any other way of turning wireless capability on?

Follow these Steps :
1> Go to start
2> Click on RUN
3> Type SERVICES.MSC
4> New Window will appear
5> Go to bottom of the page
6> Select Windows ZERO Configuration
7> If it shows Manual then Right click on this service
8> Go to properties
9> You will get START TAB
10> Click on START
11> Click APPLY and then OK
12 > Select AUTOMATIC where its shows start service MANUAL
Now try to connect with wireless connection
If still its not working then folow these steps .
1> Go to Control Panel
2>Click on Network Connections
3>Right click on Wireless network Connections
4> Click on properties
5>New Window will pop up
6> Select Wireless networks tab
7>Check very first option which says " Use Windows to configure my Wireless Settings
8> click on Apply
9> click OK
now try to connect with wireless
