Hello,

I suggest that you get a manual from www.victoryglass.com if you do not already have on, all the instructions for setting up the CCC will be in the manual.

Rowe Nostalgia jukebox will only play a few of the numbers of the 100 cd;s. Is there anyway to reset it so it will play all numbers?

Hello,

You will need to go into the programming section on the menu.
I suggest that if you do not have a manual that you obtain one from Rowe Ami, Victory Glass or distribution.

Have you initalised all of the CD's on your jukebox? Every time you replace a CD you have to initalise it.

Have lost key and need to replace right side bulb on wurlitzer 1015 cd one more time

Hi,

If the lock is a standard lock for the model of your jukebox then you should be able to get a replacement from the distributor.
Look on the back of the jukebox for a serial number plate. This will tell you the manufacturer and the model number etc. The jukebox could be a Wurlitzer, Rowe Ami, Rock Ola or Antique Apperatus.
Once the details are known you could get a key from www.victoryglass.com in the USA.

How do I slow the speed of the 45s on my rowe r-92 jukebox .The records are playing a little too fast

Hi,

The turntable motor on the jukebox range of R-84 to R-93 is none adjustable.
If you are in the USA then the motor operates on 60hz but in Europe it would have to be on 50hz to do this a different pulley is used.

The Rowe Ami part numbers are as followes:-

30791907 Turntable Motor Assembly 60hz
30791908 Turntable Motor Assembly 50hz
21817801 Motor Pulley 60hz
21817802 Motor Pulley 50hz

These can be ordered from a Rowe Ami dealer or you could try www.victoryglass.com

Does not hold memory of programmed options

Hi,

I do not know what type of jukebox you have but the the battery will be in the Central Control Computer, this is the case with the Rowe Ami version of your jukebox. It is a 3 volt lithium (disk type) battery.

Rowe jukebox

Hello,

I take it that the jukebox accepts selections when you type them in. Also that you have tried selecting the A side and the B side records.
Is the switch on the CCC (Central Control Computer) set to Record it should not be set to Video.

Rowe Ami jukeboxes are very pone to dry (cold in the USA) joints.
If you can solder then the following items need to checked for dry joints.

Power Supply PCB (printed circuit board)
CCC
Mechanism Control Board

When taking out the plugs pull on the plugs (not the wires)
Look on the soldered side where the connectors pins are fitted for any cracking around the soldered joint ( this is the sign of a dry joint).
Resolder any suspect joints on all of the boards and refit into the jukebox and test.

If this does not cure the problem then the boards will be needed to be sent to a Rowe Ami specalist, I am one of these in the UK.
