Take handle off it has set screw that holds it on top of faucet after handle is off it has a locking collar they may have it to tight you can get a little wrench from hardware store that turns it. most are plastic so be careful if you try to move it you may try a little at a time to see if it free's up.

Delta faucet model #25919. The center of the faucet leaks. Not at any of the connections. The water comes from under the faucet.

Either the left or right seals are leaking (within the handles). You can get replacement parts (seals, rings, cartridges) at Home Depot.

I have the exact same faucet in my house. There are Orings
on the body that get dried out. You need to have those Orings
replace and lubed up.

Hope this helps.

If you have a Delta faucet your diverter may need to be replaced. The diveter is located under the spout (see diagram)

Here are the instructions:

  1. Turn off water to faucet.
  2. Remove handle.
  3. Remove top cap.
  4. Turning spout back and forth gently lift and remove.
  5. Remove and replace diverter.
