Quasar, TV and VCR combo, MODEL VV-1310W the green light timer is flashing, tape stuck inside, NO picture or sound. How do I unlock the timer and get the tape out, and power on. Seems like it is locked and I need to clear something?? Thanks

you should be able to use the control panel on the set, sometimes it's a little tricky, but if you keep trying you will get the right settings

i took mine out with 2 butter knifes. 1 pressing on each side of the tape forcing it outward while pressing eject at the same time

just open it up and get a screw driver and push it out
