Buy a new television! This old dinosaur appears to be made to connect to a laptop only! No HDMI ports and no Composite Video connections that I can see. You would need an HDMI to Serial Port cable
The good:Deep blacks; decent video processing; accurate color that doesn't overaccentuate red; generous connectivity with two HDMI inputs; aspect-ratio control with HD sources. The bad: Depth of black fluctuates depending on how much bright content is in a given scene; no PC input or picture-in-picture. The bottom line:The Panasonic TH-42PX60U sets the standard for value among full-featured 42-inch plasmas.

what you need to do is obtain an HDMI cable for your Virgin HD box. Leave the rest on scart (you can probably even add a another box now that you've freed up one port). Basically just press the button on your TV remote, saying 'Source' and you can flick through all your scart soxkets and HDMI ports. Simples.
