Change the y board very common in these TVs

need the model number of the panasonic and also how many times it is blinking. The blinking is an error code.

The fan should run for a few minutes after shut off to cool the lamp down.

If I read and understand correctly somewhere in the cycle you are getting 5 red blinks? that is an error code........

Either you or I can Google the model number of the set with 5 blinks.....or visit the Sony site to see what it means.....

The repetitive blinking light is a trouble code which is used to determine which series of boards may need to be replaced. How many times does the red light blink?

tv wont turn on when i hit power it makes the clicking noise like it is going to turn on, but never does and the red timer light next to the power button just flashes.
