Hi there
You can try see if this may do it.

Go to Start / Run and type in "services.msc" without quotation marks, then press Enter or click OK.

In the window that opens (Services) look for "Print Spooler" on the right

Right-click "Print Spooler" and select "Properties".

Click on the "Recovery" tab and change all 3 drop-down boxes to "Restart The Service".

Make sure the 2 text boxes underneath say "1" in them.

Click Ok until you are back at the Services window, close it and you're good to go.

Go back into the properties of the "Print Spooler" tab and be sure to click Start to restart the Print Spooler service and it will restart the service immediately.

The Print spooler depends on the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service. Is this service disabled? Go to services.msc look for RPC. Check state: Automatic

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

Documents in printer que, but does not print

Hello,

If a print job get hung up in the print que it may stop and not be able to be deleted, this will also block other print jobs from printing. Here is a link to an article that shows how to clear the print que and purge the stuck print jobs so printing can resume. I hope it helps.

I have an HP printer. There is a full page photo that will not print. When I try to cancel the job is states deleting but does not delete. It deletes other added print jobs but not that one which is...

You have to clear out all documents one by one in the print que before you can delete the one causing the trouble. On the bottom right side of your pc screen, find the picture of the printer and right click with your mouse on it. Open your print que and right click on each document and choose "delete" until therer are none left in the print que. If this does not clear that last document, then unplug your usb cord that connects the printer to your pc and wait a few moments, and then plug it back in. This should clear it out.

There has been a pending document in the que. I tried to delete the document but now it states deleting next to the document in the que. Can not print anything.

Open the Print Que and see if it will let you pause the print job. Then close the que and turn the printer off. Open the print que again and see if it will let you delete it. For some reason every now and again a que will hang. This process should reset the que. It will dump everything in printer memory and should release the document to delete the job. In any event pausing the job should release the printer to print other jobs.

Today i was trying to print a document, but then when it came out of my printer, its not how i wanted it to be printed. So i pressed cancel on the printer itself. When i tried printing the document again,...

You must clear the que.

You should be able to download the print driver. Id try clearing the que first. do the three finger wave if necessary to find the process - terminate it - then reopen the que - see if the document is gone.

Unplug your printer - ower and signal ... go get a soda . when you get back plug the stuff back in ... remember - shut the stuff off first!

I hope this helps

Cannot delete document from que

After you delete all print jobs, hold down the window key and hit 'R', then enter "services.msc" and hit enter. When the services console comes up, find "Print Spooler" and right click on it. Then click stop. Wait 15 seconds or so and right click/start the service again. If all goes well, the print jobs will be deleted. Good luck.

Can not delete document in print q - nothing else will print

Open task manager,(Ctrl +Alt +delete) and end task on print spooler, delete the file.print spooler will restart automatically.

This works best if you have the que window open first.
