Yes it does - when you have already dialed and AFTER the call is answered there appears an "options" sign for the top left button. It has speaker on and off choices.

If I dial out all I get on my end is dead air, UNLESS I turn speaker phone on. The person on the other end can hear me, but I cannot hear them.
