Trying to programme my magnavox universal remote with my phillips tv, lost code booklet so checked all internet instructions but my model doesnt have seperate tv, dvd...etc buttons which they all say i need to press after holding the code button, any ideas?

Since All For One remotes require that you enter the exact code for your television you will need the little booklet that comes with the remote. The operating parameters are all loaded into your remote but you need the code to select the specific one. I am sure that the Phillips/Magnavox operation codes are loaded in there but the numbers vary from model to mode. Your least expensive fix is to purchase a new universal remote and keep the booklet that has the codes in it.

Turn TV on, press and hold CODE SEARCH button until light comes on, press TV, the light will blink and remain on, enter the code, the light will go off, press POWER untill TV goes off....hope this was helpful...

A magnavox remote should program like the phillips universal. I will post the link. If this doesnt help post the model number of the magnavox remote that you are trying to program. the model number is usually in the battery compartment.
