Are you using your school's computer-network, or your employer's computer-network?

If so, then that network may _deliberately_ be blocking access to "time-wasting" sites, such as YouTube and eBay and Twitter and Amazon.

may be ur internet connection is a slow html connection. youtube requires good internet speed for bufferin videos. otherwise go in network connections and repair ur connection.

Please check if thos website is not added under the restricted websites under your internet option (To access this Open browser-> Internet options-> security-> Restricted website-> Sites). Also try to open the page through google.com.
