On E152fpb dell only replace all driver transistor the c5706 or c5707 this 2 types of transistor is not desame one is PNP & NPN so you must be careful of replacing component maybe it will help you

You need to check the tuning caps (if these caps change the value or have high ESR, the oscillator will not run at the correct frequency and burnt up the transformer and the transistors) located by the inverter transformer also, need to check its value and ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance, use LC-75 tester), check the inverter transformer (use inductor tester, LC-75). Also make sure to resolder all the conennection on the transformers and other places that you can see poor solder joints.

Para resolver el problema de este modelo de monitores dell solo solo hay que cambiarle un fusible encapsulado que tiene cerca de un discipador de calor. parece un diodo pero no tiene la raya gris que tienen los diodos. es un fusible de 2amperes.
