Akai pt5492s i would like to know where to buy parts for my tv

This problems is known as a convergnce problems,it dead.The tv convergence board the 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all it resistors are dead.These parts on the tv convergnce board,must be replaced to solved the tv covergence board.To solved the tv picture convergence problems.Try website like Tvrepairworld.com to buy a whole rebuild convergence board to replaced.The Akai/Samsung tv used the same convergence board.

Try website like Remotes.com to buy an original remote.

Unplug,replug the tv back an hour later.The tv should reset itself.More problems repost,see if i can help u.

make sure it's not muted. you can also change from lift to right speakers. you may have burned up the audio driver amp.

I looked about an hour to find a factory service or parts # for ya But to my surprise I found 0 . I wouldnt through out the set yet. See if you can find the owners manual and there has to be a contact # bin there or go back to wjere you bought the set. Sorry i tryed . Good Luck
