I have a Bionaire LC0760 Air Purifier, and was wondering about the plastic hoses (2 of them) routing for the change filter meter in the front of the machine. This change meter use to work, when the hoses are routed properly. I took apart the case to clean the inside, and believe that I misrouted these two hoses for this to work properly again. Can you tell me how to route this two hoses. In addition, my ionizer is not working (it used to make a static noise, not anymore) Is the contact dirty. I have had this machine for over 5 years, running consistently at low speed, and not a problem. Great machine. Thanks.

The link below will show a page on how to clean and care for your air purifier. Although the Hepa filter can be cleaned multiple times, the manufacturer recommends you replace it every 12-18 months.
no that isn't normal. it should be coming out of both sides cause the air intake is in the back of the unit where the filters are. try to reset the unit but the pin hole at the top or unplugging the unit for about 10 seconds.... if that doesn't work i would call the manufacturer and to see what other ways or if the unit can be replaced.
the only other places that you could check would be like a hardware store. kmart, wal-mart. if you have those in your area. ace hardware. places that would normally carry that unit. the big ones mainly are lowes and menards.
if you have a manual it will be on page 2 of the manual under cleaning and maintance. it willhave the picture there. if you don't have the manual. the hepa's go in first and they should snap on and the the carbon lays on top and then you put the back on the unti back on.
the lights are the ionizer light, the filter indicator light which is the light that will come on when the filters need to be changed, ionizer control button, the speed control and the power light.
Noggin's solution is correct. My copy of the BAP825 manual says to poke a paper clip into "the hole marked RESET." There is no hole marked 'reset' on the air cleaner. Thanks, Noggin!
The carbon filter should have the air passing through it first, before the hepa filter. The carbon filter removes the large particles which would otherwise block the hepa filter very quickly.
