On model 7775X the part you are asking about is not sold seperately. If yours has come off, it is because the plastic that holds it is broken. You will need to replace the head holder which includes this piece.
You will find it available at shaveroutlet.com. See link below

I need the spring that holds the heads down to the shaver. I dropped it and the spring flew out. It works great otherwise.

The spring (hinge) is attached to the head holder and is not replaceable. You will need to replace the head holder that includes this hinge. You will find this part for model 7737X at shaveroutlet.com. See link below

THE RECEIPTS ARE ONLY PRINTING HALF-WAY. IT APPEARS AS IF THE INK IS LOW. I TRIED TO CLEAN THE PRINT HEAD BUT THAT DID NOT WORK.

There is no ink in this machine. Try changing the paper. If that doesn't work, then you need to either a)replace the spring that holds the paper cover closed so that the paper is pressed tightly against the print head or b) replace the print head. You can also try using a rubber band to hold the paper cover closed more tightly. If the spring is the problem, a rubber band will do the same thing.

How to remove rechargeable battery for norelco 7864

hi minglim, welocme to the forum!
Replacing a Norelco Shaver Battery Things You'll Need:Torx screwdriver set Rechargeable Ni-Cd AA battery 1)Slide up the sideburns trimmer on the shaver .2)Try the various torx head screwdriver sizes to find the fit for the two screws holding the top of the back shaver cover on. Unscrew the two screws that are under the sideburns trimmer that hold the back of the shaver on. On some Norelco shavers, the back will now slide off if you apply downward pressure on the shaver's back. Other Norelco shavers have one or two torx screws on the base of the back cover on the shaver; if so, unscrew them also. Place the screws in a safe place. 3)Take the back cover off the shaver. Some shavers may have a strap fastening the battery down. Unfasten the strap if there is one. Take out the battery. 4)Replace the old battery with a new rechargeable Ni-Cd AA battery. Re-fasten the battery holding strap if there was one. 5)Replace the back shaver cover and re-screw in all the torx screws,

Problem with shaver

are you talking about springs under the center cutter bar between the foils? If so, you will need a new foil and cutter set. It is available at shaveroutlet.com with link below

http://shaveroutlet.com/braun-8000-series-360-complete-foil-and-cutter-p-143.html

Or maybe you refer to a spring that goes to one of the clips that hold the foil assembly to the pivoting swivel frame. If so, you will need the part linked below

How do I open the Remington 9190 Electric Shaver to replace the battery?

Remove the Two ( 2 ) Phillips Head screws on the Back side of the
R 9190 shaver near the Electrical Plug .

Pry off the Gray Rubber cover that those two ( 2 ) now removed screws went thru.
Now remove the Two ( 2 ) exposed screws up near the " Trimmer Switch "
Note: If you Popped off the " Trimmer Switch " during your efforts - DON'T WORRY . It will simply pop back in place when you are finished with your repairs.

The razor head comes loose from the two arms.

The one piece motor drive which also contains the shaver head in the Braun wear out. They can be replaced by yourself or a shaver tech. A good place for parts, http://shaveroutlet.com/.

To disassemble the 7000 Series Braun shaver.

Disassembly of the 7000 Braun shaver is basically the same as the 8000 series Braun shaver listed below. The 7000 is actually easier to disassemble as the plastic is much thicker and the bottom socket cover pops right off as there are less tabs and they are bigger.

To disassemble the 8000 Braun Series shaver.

Remove the plastic cover on the bottom that covers the corded socket. Be careful, there are a total of two tabs on the short sides and four very small tabs on the long sides. I usedmy fingernail to create a space big enough to insert the corner of a credit card in the center of the long side opposite the blue light indicator, then gently removed the cover. Using a screwdriver could damage the plastic.

The two sides then pop off, they only fit on their respective side when replacing. Don't lose the two small black seals on the top of each side piece.

There are a total of four screws holding the body together. Remove the screws, using the proper flat blade or torx screwdriver. The shaver will then split into. You can then remove the the Motor Drive Unit and the separate circuit board with the batteries.

This would also be a good time to clean the goo buildup from around the shaver head.

Assembly is the reverse of above. The Motor Unit will only fit in one way, there is a flat side and a angular side. Be sure the pin for the trimmer is placed in its proper hole, or it won't extend.

The razor head comes loose from the two arms.

I had a similar problem where one of the side covers popped off. I was able to reattach it, by carefully aligning the spring and pushing back into place. If you've lost the pin, you're out of luck. Braun does not make these kinds of parts available for user servicing, unfortunately.

However, the 7000 series models are all compatible with each other in terms of motor, battery, and razor head armature. You could try locating a moderately used example on the cheap (maybe less than $20) and then cannibalize it for the parts you need.

Do NOT send it off to Braun for servicing, as you will be charged much more than the shaver is worth. If it comes to that, you're better off just going with an 8000 series shaver.

Philips cool skin shaver fault

The shaver head symbol means the motor isn't starting, which all the support info assumes is because the heads are too gunked up with hair and congealed moisturizer etc, so clean it. In my case it was because the motor had seized - I completely dismantled the razor and turned the cog attached to the motor spindle by hand while turning the razor on, which was enough to free it up and kickstart it - you'll need some torx screwdriver bits - remove the battery cover (it may be a bit sticky since it is wedged against a rubber seal that it may have stuck to, but it does just lift off, there's nothing to snap), remove the black plastic retainer underneath that which hides a couple of screws holding the head assembly (you may need to prise the battery up to get at them) - undo them and you should be able to pull the head assembly off and push the motor up from underneath to free the plate holding the three cogs driving the head - beneath that is a big cog attached directly to the spindle, spin that by hand while starting the razor and it should hopefully spring back into life since you'll have freed the seized spindle.
