I rarely used the DVD player and when I last tried to charge the battery it would not accept the charge. I assume the battery is completely dead and I have not been able to locate a replacemet one. Any help in locating a new battery would be greatly appreciated,
There are sadly no after market batts for these dvd playes and the company in tw does not sell them direct

I bought 2 spare batteries from eBay, maybe 2-3 years ago. The original can only last ~40min because it's aged.
If your battery was suddenly disfunctional try to see if there are other problems: detach the battery from the DVD player, charge the battery directly with the charger, the light on the battery turn to red and then to green when it is fully charged. The power outlet of the DVD player is easy to be broken, and I fixed mine.
