My GE profile side by side stainless steel is not freezing on the freezer side (not staying at the recommended 0 degrees) and not holding the recommended 37 degrees on the refrigerator side. What can I do?

TAKE THE BACK PANEL OFF INSIDE THE FREEZER AND REMOVE ALL OF THE FROST WITH A HAIR DRYER. THE GLASS HEATEER AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ALUMINUM EVAPORATOR MAY NEED REPLACED. DEFROSTING THIS AREA WILL ALLLOW IT TO WORK FOR ANOTHER 10-14 DAYS.

I also have this problem with the same GE Profile series. The shelf sits above the "quick freeze" drawer. It's very annoying and I am looking for a way to fix it.

Sounds like you need to adjust your airflow into the frig compartment. There are two adjustments for air flow on a side/side one at top next to thermostat and one at bottom next to crisper. If your freezer is working properly like you say then you just simply need to balance the airflow to get the proper temp of just above freezing to 40 degrees
