I have the same model as you. I have two transmitters and three headphones actually. Please see below:

Plug in the transmitting unit into a good working power outlet. Make sure you have the audio connected to a loud source. Turn on the source device producing the loud audio to be transmitted to your headphones. Now see if the transmitting unit's LED light is on. Check headphones for audio. (May have to tune in the headphones and adjust its volume as well).
I recommend that the source of your audio have its built-in speakers off, while still providing audio out to your transmitting unit, via an external audio output. Check your source manual or look for audio jacks on the front or back. There may be a setting to turn this on and for the main built-in speakers to be turned off as well.

If this does not work, unplug the transmitting unit, and then plug it back in again, after waiting for about 10 seconds - all while audio is being provided to the unit. It should come on.

Headset will not re-set according to instructions. Indicator light is half red, half blue. What should I do?

I had the same issue with green light always on and not turning off. Call button plus volume up button did not work when the unit was not plugged in. When I plugged the unit in to charge, the volume up and call button (together) did reset the unit.

How do I turn on my new HP 6550B?

I'm assuming you have already tried the power button with the power cord plugged in. Have you recently took your laptop apart for any reason. Sometimes when people put their laptops back together the power button doesn't get lined up correctly.

If you haven't taken the laptop apart, then try a few things:

- Remove the battery plug only the power cord in and try
- Remove the battery and power cord wait a few minutes, then plug back in the power cord and try
- If you have a spare battery, plug the spare in and try

I have a Wurlitzer Funmaker organ that has no sound. Is there a reset or fuse I should be looking for to get this organ working again? I removed the back Panel and need some suggestions the light on the...

Contact Morelock's Organ Service, Rienzi, MS, United States Phone 601-462-7611. Provide them with the complete model number and expect to pay for a service manual if they have one. Start at the end of the power cord and work towards the amplifier section. You will want to establish that the power supply is working correctly. The light is only an indication that the power cord is getting power to the power switch. If the power supply is providing the correct voltages to the other circuit sections of the organ then you will have to trouble shoot each one separately. Check to make sure the speaker is functional. If it has a headphone jack test it also as it may cut the sound to the speaker out if headphones are plugged in. If it is faulty, sound may not get to the headphones or the speaker. You will also need tools. At least a volt/ohm meter.Remember not to work on the circuits with the power on unless you absolutely know how to do this safely. There are lethal voltages in the power supply.

No sound from speakers.

Hi...
On some stereo gear the headphone jack interrupts the speaker connection when the headphones are in. you "might" have something broken in the headphone jack which is keeping the speakers from turning on.
Is there a MUTE switch on the unit?
Or an "External speaker off" thingy in the menu?

Flasing red light

The flashing red indicates that either the fileter cover or the lamp cover is not installed correctly. If both are installed properly and secured, the unit will require service.

RCA wireless headphones

Hey, my rca whp141 is incredibly quiet. Go ahead and turn the volume up on the TV.
If that doesn't work make sure
  • The headphones and headset are on the same channel (like 1).
  • the transmitter is on and working (Power: GREEN LIGHT)
  • the headset is on and working (GREEN LIGHT)
  • the headset is receiving a signal (St: GREEN LIGHT).
Hope this helps.
