Question about DISH Network DVR-625 DTV Receiver / 100-Hours Video Recorder
Check to see how full you DVR is. This happened to us and our DVR was filled up. When that happens the DVR starts to delete stuff, even protected things. It will first delete non-protected shows and then if there are none left to delete and room is still needed, it will delete other shows. Not sure, or can't remember how it prioritizes the deletion but it happens.
Check how full you DVR is and that may be where your problem lies.

That shouldn't have been an issue with us. We generally just watch a show and delete it, and we've never come anywhere near filling it up.
