This is most likely due to the soap drawer divider not pushed all the way down.

The divider is adjustable to handle different types of soap (see below). My guess is that it got lifted and is allowing liquid soap to spill underneath rather than being pushed through the hose. Try pressing down on it really hard or removing and readjusting.

The cap from laundry detergent fell in soap dispenser and is causing water to pour out of dispenser

It sounds like it is at the bottom of the hose where it enters the drum.

First get one of these and see if you can grab it by removing the detergent drawer and reaching down the hole and grabbing the edge of the cap. From the parts schematic part 310 has some bends in it, so that can be a blessing or a curse.

Or tip the machine backwards against the wall and remove the hose from the drawer where it enters the drum, although this one seems to be at the top, so remove the rear console and remove the top.

If it really is inside the drum between the drum and outer drum, that requires a full strip down, but the fact you said water pours out of the dispenser drawer leads me to believe it is the pipe.

I accidentally poured liquid soap in the bleach dispenser instead of the soap dispenser.... what shall I do

It shouldn't hurt anything. I would run a load that needs some bleach. Go a little easy on the laundry soap and run a wash cycle. Wouldnt hurt to rinse it with water after that when running a load without bleach.

Where do I put the liquid soap for the wash

Lichid soap for automatic washing machines is not indicated, since foam is produced and can be a nuisance when coming out from every seal and can perturb the function of some sensor. However, if needed, can be poured on the powder tray (100 ml) for about 5 kg of laundry or directly inside machine, on top of laundries is better. Don't forget to close the door afterwards.

How does soap dispenser work? what does up for liquid and down for powder mean?

Liquid laundry soap (comes in plastic liquid container) uses the up. Dry powder laundry soap uses the soap that comes in a box, therefore not liquid. and uses the down switch slider control.

Water is leaking out from the place where you pour the liquid detergent into.

Sounds like you have a blockage here, try pouring kettle of water in and make sure goes away/remove clean soap dispenser if not and check for any obstruction in soap to drum hose.....

Oasis washer

Suggest you run the machine through a few rinse cycles until all the soap is washed away. Better if you can do this without laundry loaded.

Lg wm1812cw front load washer

We had the same problem- for us it was because we were mixing laundry booster (Oxyclean) with liquid soap in the dispenser. It seems the water running through the tray had insufficient pressure to properly flush the tray out, so residue accumulated on the back & underside of the tray. Our water pressure is good here, and we don't use a water softener or filters that can reduce the pressure. Unfortunately it seems to just be a bad design of the soap dispenser tray.

We also had a problem with water/bleach leaking from our soap dispenser- when we used the bleach compartment in the dispenser we got leaks dripping onto the floor from behind the front cover of the washing machine. It was running down the front of the washer behind the front cover & coming out onto the floor. The repair guy said this was because the dispenser tray was pulled out too far, but the reason we were pulling the soap tray out so far was because the bleach compartment was too far back in the tray to use if we didn't. Now we just leave the drawer partially closed & pour the bleach directly into the soap compartment along with the soap.
