Error 00161 and 00163

Is your machine either the Toshiba AW-SD120SM or AW-SD120SS?
If it is I checked the manual and the error code you mentioned is not listed in their operators manual. On page 35 of the manual there is a message that says "As for information display beyond the above-mentioned details, or the above-mentioned solutions do not work, please disconnect the power plug and contact technicians for repair."
The only codes mentioned are: E1 E21 E23 E31 E32 E5 A ans F

Nurit OSP Loader is the the program we use to remove the TAMPER error. Replacing the internal battery and reloading a fresh NOS (nurit operating system) will remove the error. The error code E007 is a fixing film error code > it will have to be replaced to clear the code. That is if it a IR-2020, a IR-8500 does not have a fixing film.

the last error generated is from the fixing unit you have to clear the error again,but if this error code (Error 003) returned a thorough check on the fixing unit is needed.Or could be the AC supply to the machine is not stable.Go to program mode got o display> analog check the fuser/fixing temp hope this will help

The answer is very simple, Use Restore disc to Reinstall the Operating system.
