I bought a used laptop computor and the person did not take off their stuff and i dont know there password to get into it to reprrogram it. i need to know how to do that so i can begin using it myself?

You may be able to restore this machine back to original factory condition by following the steps below.



Power off your laptop and remove all devices that are connected to it. Once this is done, power on your computer and continuously press the F11 button to enter Recovery Manager. When prompted, select Recovery Manager and this will open the Recovery Manager console. Select Advanced Options and then select System Recovery and hit next. You will be asked if you are sure that you want to restore your computer back to original factory conditions and that you will lose any and all data on that drive. You DO want to do theis so say Yes. The program will continue without any interaction from you for up to 3 hours or more, so be patient.
