We took our 512 mb SD Card out of our camera to download some of the pictures to a digital picture frame. When we return the SD Card to the camera amessage appears "memory card requires formatting. I know that formatting will remove everything from the card so I tried first to download all the pictures to my computor. It shows disk not formatted. We have trid a new SD Card but it to comes up needs to be formatted.

You can either use a separate card reader to download to your computer, or , take the card to a Walmart store and insert the card into a Kodak Picture Kiosk machine and print the pics or make a cd of them. Then, format the card in the camera.

Apparently you have to format the SD card whilst it's in the camera itself, i know i had to.

What size memory card does the kodak easyshare cx6200 take?

The internal memory for this camera is 8 MB.

The manual indicates using memory cards of size 8 to 128 MB, so this is an early SD memory camera, following the original SD standard. Do not try SDHC or SDXC cards. The camera will support a 1 GB card. It *might* support a 2 or 4 GB card, but since this is a 2 Mpixel camera, a 512 MB or 1 GB card will allow you to save thousands of jpeg format pictures.

Camera flashes two times, but will not record a picture

this sounds like a problem with the sd card either being corrupt and needing formating or being to large. if made in 07 or older it takes 512 mb sd card max if in 08 or newer it will take up to a one gig sd card.

Have a vivitar 3785 , it is new with a new memory card , says c

We had the same problem. Our solution is that the camera is not able to regonize a chip larger than 512 MB. When we took pictures that we had on the smaller card that we had downloaded to our computer, put in the larger card in the computer and dragged the picture into the bigger card. It still would not display on the camera, but it will show on the computer and it works in a digital picture frame. I hope this made since, if you have any other questions, please email us at [email protected]

Camera says Frame no full cant take anymore pictures Help!

Copy your card to hard drive, reformat your memory card, and see what the numbers of pictures it gives you.

If you lower the resolution of the camera, the more pictures you can take.

How many photos can be stored on a digital photo frame?

Hi,
I generally depends upon the size of the picture that you are storing and the memory card that in the digital frame.
eg 128 MB photo frame ,would store close to 10 pictures at 8 megapixel resolution

Upload images to SD card

I just purchased a frame and wondered the same thing. My computer has a slot for an SD card once inserted the computer shows the SD file. Then go into where you store the pictures highlight the picture one at a time in the picture file my program says copy to file click on it and shows the SD file as F file click copyit then downloads to the card. Done put SD card in frame worked perfectly.

512 MB card problem

If the new 512mb xD card has a prefix of "H" or "M" before the 512, it is not compatable with your A330 unless a firmware upgrade is performed on the camera. You can download all the details here http://www.fujifilm.ca/x3720.xml
