You probably have a switch in the oven that has failed or a broken wire. These are basically the only reason it wont come on. The best bet is if it is old buy a new one or see how much it would cost to repair. Usually the cost to repair is almost as much as the cost of a new one and getting parts can sometimes take two or more weeks.
Not A solution but I had the issue with a new oven and the factory just replaced it with a different model, My web searches found LOTS of problems like yours and it seems my model oven was discontinued even before I bought it from walmart.
Cactus Bob Is WRONG. I've had these replaced; and then, when it happened subsequently, bought the part and replaced it myself. You have to take the entire thing apart. but it can be done.
