if you have problem with msn messenger 2009 not working properly in win xp sp2. you can update your windows by download "WindowsXP-KB936929-SP3-x86-ENU.exe" by search in google from microsoft site. the file is of 316 MB. then your computer became win xp sp3. now install msn messenger it will work properly.
Start - All Programs - Windows Blinds - Run windows blinds under settings, choose per application add per application setting (its a button) Locate: c:\program files\windows live\contacts choose wlcomm.exe check mark: ignore this application and do not skin it click OK under windows blinds, apply settings, exit live, and reopen, enjoy!
