Hello sir i cann't sign in to msn messanger whenever i try to sign in is shows me that windows live communication platform i think that there is a data error wlcommm.exe

2: select the task manager
3: search for all related messenger programs/tasks
4: end them
5: restart messenger

Here is how this problem is fixed:

Start - All Programs - Windows Blinds - Run windows blinds
under settings, choose per application
add per application setting (its a button)
Locate: c:\program files\windows live\contacts
choose wlcomm.exe
check mark: ignore this application and do not skin it
click OK
under windows blinds, apply settings, exit live, and reopen, enjoy!

Error code 8007007e

  1. Start > run > sfc /scannow
  2. Insert windows xp cd
  3. Restart computer
  4. You can skip step 1-3 but its strongly advised you do it.
  5. Uninstall msn messenger with ZapMessenger you can download it from:
http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/ZapMessenger-Download-115115.html
6. Download and install Windows Installer Cleanup you can download it from:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/en-us
7. Run the utility, select all items concerning Windows Live, delete the following:
- Windows Live Call
- Windows Live Communication Platform
- Windows Live Essentials
- Windows Live Messenger
- Windows Live Sign-in Assistant
- Windows Live Upload Tool
8. Then restart computer
9. Download msn messenger again. You can download it from
http://download.live.com/?sku=messenger
10. Once installed Restart computer
11. Run msn messenger
12. Enjoy with J
