Samsung assigned a technician to come out and change my blown compacitors because my tv too was turning on and off.It still did the same thing, the tech told me that I need a new Y-sustain Board and that should do the trick.

I checked online for prices and you probably can buy a unit on Amazon.com for about 134.00.you just have to find a reliable tv repairman to install it.ad I do mean tv repairman, because if not installed properly the high voltage in the tv can kill you.So be very careful.

Check that all cables are intact and plugged in correctly (VGA, DVI, Antenna etc.). Did you place batteries correctly in the remote?
There might only be one button for turning on and off the TV (usually the red one in the top off the remote).

My plasma tv has sound but picture turns black after on for 30 seconds

Power supply problems, Will need to be taken it in for service. Usually around a $200 to 300 dollar repair if you take it in.

Blue Noise/Pixels Bottom Left Corner of my Samsung Plasma

You would need to have a technician remove the back of the TV and make the adjustment. There are 2 small adjusters that they change to adjust the voltage.
