It just do not get cold, sounds like it is working, could be temperature control?

Maybe it is running higher than it should. Best guess would be to change the temperature switch for the engine controls and possibly the thermostat. Your engine has a "cold start sequence" and it will increase RPM and enrich the fuel to allow the engine to run better when cold starting.

The problem is the loss of signal after the engine warms up. If the water temp gauge seems normal, likely the temperature sensor is causing your problem. There can be 2 temperature sensors on your truck, one works the dash gauge and the other works the engine controls.

If it runs then that cold control is the problem.

From the sound of it the temperature control is bad. I'm only stating this because if the cold control (temperature control) isn't converting the temperature to electrical signal properly, the machine will constantly run trying to reach the set temperature the cold control is set at. Question, is there a digital display showing the temperature or did you use a meter or thermometer to check it, and how is the temperature set, by a digital control or a dial, rheostat or any other type of manual control?

But the solution is in here generically, if you read and study the solutions very,very carefully.

Sounds like the cold control has stuck . Unplug the two wires from the cold control and plug them together. Turn one wire over and plug it into the other. away from the cold control.
The cold control is the knob in the ref that turns it on and off and has numbers on it. (Thermostat)
If it runs then that cold control (Thernostat) is the problem.
If that doesn't work DO THIS:
The relay on the compressor may need replaced
A relay starts the compressor with a higher voltage and then quickly kicks out
Thats what is happening with yours
Its best for a tech to replace The relay but you can do it
Take your model number to your Local Appliance parts store they will have a diagram
showing you how to install the relay. Its called a hard start relay
also try hooking the two wires together on the cold control to route around the cold control.

The Town and Country temperature control is electronic and it sounds like the control board or panel has failed. It is sending mixed signals to the temperature control unit. Have it checked by a mechanic that you trust because this is potentially an expensive fix and could be worse if they are not 100% sure on how to diagnose these problems. Hope this helps, good luck!

Sound's like your cold control is bad.

It sounds as though the valve is not closing and opening properly. I would have a proffesional come out to have a look. I could also be the control board not working correctly or a combination of both.

Sounds like your temperature actuator is not moving or your temp door is broken. On max a-c ,coolant is shut off to your heater core allowing only cold air in.

I would say the cold control may be bad.If the fridge is getting too cold it sounds like the control is not shutting the unit down when it gets to temp. You can check the cold control with a OHM meter and see if it is working properly. If it is not you will need to replace it and your refrigerator should work fine.
