Most mp3 players excluding apple will work with Windows Media Player. Open WMP and connect your mp3 player to it. The player should recognize it.. sometimes it takes a few tries to get it to go. Once it does recognize it you can use WMP to manage your mp3 players content hope this helps

My craig mp4 player shows an hour glass and will not work.

Turn on the MP4 player and let the battery go all the way dead. Plug it back into a computer and mine reset.

I lost my cord that links my Craig 2GB mp4 player to my computer. Where could i go to buy another cord for it? The model # is CMP622E. I don't want to have to buy another.

if you know what kind of connector the player has you can just buy the cable. Most likely mini usb. If you can't tell for yourself you may want to contact craig and once you know the proper connection you can purchase the appropriate cable.

Infitek mp4 player

First, check the user manual and see if proprietary video conversion software came with the installation CD. good luck if you lost the install CD, b/c Infitek's website sucks.

Either use Windows Media Player, ArcSoft Media converter, or another program to transfer video files to the player if it didn't come with proprietary software.
