Slick touch screen mp3 player video error

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine thetype of video file format it uses.Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI andWMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX.If your player cannot play a video then it is anincompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to aformat that your MP3 player uses. Make sure the player supports the audio format. The V-Touch supports .MP3 & .WMA. If it is a different audio type such as .WAV, it will not be playable. Try and see if you can get the audio clip in .MP3 or .WMA format.

install media player utilities 5.20 which comes with the software and then you select the file type and convert it convert it

Plug into computer check the drive c d e f and right click check explore will tell what files are on the mp3 player. Also might be able to put those files onto your computer format the mp3 player so its functioning properly and then put the files back to the mp3 player.

format the device if it says file system error delete the song if it says file format error for a particular song

It may be that your mp3 has specific file formats that it accepts for videos, which is most common - in which case you will have to covert or compress any standard format video into an acceptable video.

Your vidoes may be too big in actual screen size or your slick mp3 player doesn't accept videos.

You may also need the software compatible with your mp3 player in order to download video's successfully. You will need to download or install the software for your mp3 player which will make it easier to upload vdieo's. You may be able to do this via the manufacturers site, or prompted to do this when adding the device to your computer.
