Recover Motorola L7 settings after master reset

I bought my MotorolaSLVR L7 from someone and I believe at one point a master reset was done on the phone. Because of this I cant find my USB SETTINGS in an attempt to get my computer to recognize my phone. Is there a way to recover this?

Dear,
Master reset has nothing to do with USB settings.To enable your comp to recognize ur phone do the following.

Go to setting > Connectivity > USB Settings > Change default connection to MEMORY CARD / Phone Memory.

Hope this will solve the problem.

I'm using my motorola l7 cell phone from 5 month before but now i got a problem that is my cell phone can not opening if i on the cell phone the cell phone shows me a message that [contact service provider]. So, what dose it means? Can you advice me some solution? Thanx

Press Menu > Settings > Initial Setup > Master Reset

The phone will be reset to default settings.

best adive format mem card then, goto phone settings you wil get a option master clear password 8 zeros then clear it, after that master reset your phone using sma password restart phone redo your wap and mms settings and see if this works.....
