I have Printmaster gold. It will not use the double sided feature on my HP printer..It makes me do it manually. Is there something I can do to make the double side feature work on the printmaster? My printer is hp officejet pro8000

You need to enter the printer properties in your control panel and turn on the duplex feature. In properties you select paper size, orientation, print quality, and also duplex printing.

Well, you need to make sure your printer HAS a duplexer installed. If you have a flat back door on your machine there's no duplexer. The duplexer sticks out about 3 inches in the back and has a button on each side to press to remove it. If you have a duplexer you just need to make sure it's turned on.

Computers run whatever you tell them to, quickly.
Why don't you look up the publisher's forums for an appropriate fixup and support, or cite the error and/or compatibility mode failings for solvers to consider?

Just changing tack a little brings more than one side-looking solution.

My business cards will not print from Printmaster Gold to HP 2410 Printer. Everything else prints except business cards. I get a box that indicates the are printer but nothing prints.

your cards are too thick .the printer wont actually move the card down to yhe printing heads. try placing just one sheet into the printer or/and go to setup and see if you can set the printer for thicker paper try user defined setting. no promises.

I can not uninstall my PrintMaster Gold 16

your computer is being a pig. dont worry about uninstalling your printer, just add another printer and make this one the default printer. you can just ignore the other one...........shimple.

Cant save to pdf in printmaster gold 17

found the fix for printmaster 18 broderbund pdf saving problems...
1-close all open programs and return to desktop.
2-click START and choose CONTROL PANEL
3-click PRINTER
4-right click on BRODERBUND PDF CREATER, then select PROPERTIES (the broderbund PDF creater properties window will open)
5-click the PORTS tab, then select ADD PORT button. (the printer ports window will open)
6-click NEW PORT, then enter PMPDF in the ENTER A PORT NAME window, then click OK
7-click CLOSE at the PRINTER PORTS window. you will now be looking at the broderbund PDF creater properties window
8-a check mark will be located next to the new PMPDF printer port. click APPLY. the broderbund pdf creator will now be located next to the new port. click OK.
9-exit all windows and restart the computer. once the computer restarts, you can save your project as a pdf file.

When the printer window pops up, click on preferences then features to enable manual two-sided printing.

Printmaster 18 will not print on HP ColorLaserJet 5M.

Following the description of your problem, I noticed that you are mentionong both sides of the paper, so I am assuming that you are trying to use the 'Double-Sided Printing "
This can be the reason of the problem--> you can solve this issue by setting the program using the "Double-Sided Printing Wizard" in the File Menu
