Delete the job. It will say deleting but will not delete. Restart your PC to complete the process. You will then be able to print.

It is necessary to clean the printer spool. Go to control panel, printer and faxes, then right click and "cancel all documents". To get sure to be well, the number under the icon has to be zero. If it is zero you can send a new document after reset physically printer.

My power went out during a printing job and now the printing job is stuck and I can not print it or delete it.

GO TO THE PRINTER DIALOG BUTTON, START MENU - SETTINGS - PRINTER, AND FIND THE PRINTER THAT IS HUNG AND RIGHT CLICK ON IT. CLICK ON OPEN WHICH WILL OPEN A BOX WITH ALL THE PRINT JOBS LISTED FOR THAT PRINTER. IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE PRINT JOB START AT THE BOTTOM AND DELETE THEM ONE AT A TIME. RIGHT MOUSE CLICK AND SELECT CANCEL. THE TOP JOB IS THE ONE THAT IS HUNG BUT THE PRINTER WILL HANG ON ANY UPCOMING JOB ONCE THE HUNG OPERATION IS CLEARED. IF THE PRINTER WILL NOT CANCEL THE PENDING JOB YOU MAY NEED TO REBOOT THE COMPUTER. WHEN THE COMPUTER COMES BACK UP IT MAY PRINT THE HUNG JOB OR JUST DELETE IT - NEVER KNOW

Not printing and nothing is paused or on the print list.

First of all you must let canceled print jobs finish deleting before sending new jobs, if the job is taking too long try restarting the computer with the printer on to clear the jobs this usually works if not then after restart open the printers folder and cancel all jobs here. let them finish deleting while the printer is still on (they must remain in communication during deleting jobs. Once all jobs are gone, remove the power brick from the printer for about a minute then reinsert and let the printer start up if it doesn't after a minute or so just turn it on once it finishes then try printing again.
